[Investigating] We've discovered a key network relay site has gone offline. Technicians are engaging the issue, and expect resolution within 6-8 hours.

[Monitoring] Technicians discovered that the power feeding the site had been interrupted, and our site batteries exhausted. Power was restored, and the site is now back online. Will monitor for another 24 hours. If you're still experiencing issues, please call in to (858) 565-2155 option 2.
